How to Lock/Unlock the Occupancy Number Field

1. Click the Hamburger menu > Settings > Preferences.
2. Scroll down to Field Locking area and click the drop-down arrow for Occupancy #, and select the appropriate selection to lock/unlock field.
   • Always unlocked = You can enter data into this field.
   • Locked when supplied = After data is entered in the field, it will become locked.
   • Locked when supplied (w/unlock button) = After data is entered the field will become locked but clicking the unlock button will unlock the field.
   • Always Locked = Field is always locked; you will be unable to enter data in this field.

NOTE: You may wish to lock if Fire Prevention Mobile (MobileEyes) is interfaced with another RMS.
