Full Report - Any items marked pass, fail or n/a are displayed on the report. (If an item is not marked as Pass, Fail, or N/A it will not show on the report)
Exception Report - Only items marked as "Fail" are displayed on the report. (If an item is not unmarked, or marked as Pass or N/A it will not show on the report)
Exception With Full-Text Report - Like the Exception Report, only items marked as "Fail" will display on the exception report. Unlike the regular Exception Report, the Exception With Full text Report will also automatically the full text of the codes that have been marked as "Fail".
To change which version of the report gets emailed to customers:
- From the Hamburger Menu, click Settings.
- Click the Preferences tab.
- Under the Fire Prevention Mobile Preferences section, there is a checkbox for 'Use Exception Report for email (not Full)'.
- For Full Report, make sure the Use Exception Report for email (not Full) checkbox is unchecked
- For the Exception Report - make sure the Use Exception Report for email (not Full) checkbox is checked
- For the Exception Report with Full Text - make sure both the Use Exception Report for email (not Full) and the Include full fire code text (only available with Exception Report) check boxes are checked.
