How to Log in / sign into Fire Prevention Mobile (MobileEyes) website?

Click the red Login Here button in the top right corner

Select your role from the dropdown box labeled “Who Are You?” and “What you would like to do”

Direct Fire Prevention Mobile (MobileEyes) client – access to the website as an inspector or administrator

1. Log in to my Fire Prevention Mobile (MobileEyes) Back office – access to the site as an Inspector or an Administrator. **Note: 2 Step Log in which requires Website ID, then user credentials.
2. Use Fire Prevention Mobile (MobileEyes) on My Phone – access to Company Inspector or the Smartphone pages for inspections. Also, requires Website ID, then user credentials.
3. Access to the API documentation - allows the user to create an account in order to request this feature for authorized 3rd parties to query data or conduct limited and specific tasks inside of Fire Prevention Mobile (MobileEyes). It is a growing set of features designed to allow other systems and applications to exchange data with Fire Prevention Mobile (MobileEyes).

Contractor, architect or business owner – access to the Contractor Portal Site for submission of Inspection Reports, Permit applications or Permit inspection request.
Developer needing API documentation – allows the user to create an account in order to request this feature for authorized 3rd parties to query data or conduct limited and specific tasks inside of Fire Prevention Mobile (MobileEyes). It is a growing set of features designed to allow other systems and applications to exchange data with Fire Prevention Mobile (MobileEyes).

Click Next, to enter the website credentials, using the website ID & password provided to you by an administrator. **Note: These credentials are the same for all users in your organization.

Once you are logged into the website, click the User Login to enter your individual login credentials for access the areas of the site permitted to you as an Administrator or Inspector.
