- From the Hamburger Menu, click Contractors then select Companies.
- Filter to find the company that you are trying to add the contractor to.
- Click the pencil icon to open the details screen.
- Click the Contractors tab and click the Add Contractor button on the bottom right of the screen.
- Fill out the information for the contractor and click the Save Contractor button.
If the contractor's company is not already in the database, you will need to add them first.
- From the Hamburger Menu, click Contractors then select Companies.
- Click the Add Company button at the bottom of the screen.
- Fill out the information for the company and click the Save Company button.
- After the new company is created, you can then add the new contractor.
NOTE: If you check the checkbox for “Notify Permit Status Changes by email”, an email will be sent to the contractor whenever there is a status change in the job or permit. Status changes include events like requesting and scheduling a plan review or inspection, committing a plan review/inspection, issuing or making a change to a permit, etc.
