How to add a group of codes to an inspection shortlist?

To add a group of codes to an inspection shortlist/checklist, follow these steps:

1. From the Hamburger menu, click Codes/ Code Sets.
2. Select the Magnifying Glass icon next to appropriate code set. Use filters if necessary.
3. Filter to search through code set and check the check boxes to next to desired code.
4. Click More on the top right of the screen then Add Selected Codes to Short List button which will open the Add Multiple Codes to Short List window.
5. Check the On Short List column check box(es) for the inspection type(s) to which you want to add codes.
   • You can make these codes mandatory, or "must inspect", by clicking the Must Inspect checkbox which will automatically check the On Short List checkbox.
6. Click the Add Fire Code(s) to Short List button at the bottom of the screen.
