All Fire reports share the same template to auto-fill location, structure, occupant fields at the top, below the department header. Follow these steps to adjust what fields show in the Fire Report Builder tool:
- From the Hamburger Menu, click Settings.
- Select the Preferences tab at the top of the page.
- Select the Report Setup Section and under the Fire – Report Setup box click Full, Exception & Reinspection Report Setup.
- To add, click on a cell then select a Location/Structure or Occupant field from the list(s), then select Save.
- To remove, click the Remove shown in the cell.
- To add contact info to the report builder:
- Select a cell, then select Contacts under the Occupant Fields list.
- Under the Contact Setup page, choose which type of contact info to display and which contact fields should show for that type of contact.
- When finished adding contact fields, click Save.
- Click the X in the top right of the window to close.
All inspection report headers will be updated to reflect
Note: Only the contacts selected in the setup will be shown on the inspection report.
