Definition: An “on demand” inspection type is one that does not have a frequency and is not scheduled at regular intervals. This type of inspection is a result of a customer request, special event, or complaint. Examples include Complaints, Acceptance tests, and Business license requests. Non-examples include Semi-annual, Annual, and Bi-annual.
- Click the Hamburger menu, then click Scheduling Tools.
- Click on the tab Add on Demand.
- Use the Filters to search by Address, Street, Occupant, etc.
- Click the Find button.
- Check the box next to the occupant you are wanting to schedule the on-demand inspection and click Add to Schedule.
- Select the date from Scheduled on field.
- Select the Type of Inspection in the box provided.
- In the Assign To box, select the inspector you are assigning the inspection to.
- Enter any notes in the “Notes to Inspector” box
- Click Add to Schedule.
