Your occupancy data is organized in three levels under Occupancy Data:
- Location Data (street address)
- Structure Data (building)
- Occupant Data (business, tenant, or homeowner)
A location can have one or more structures. A structure can have one or more occupants.
Click on column labels to sort. Click once to sort ascending (A-Z). Click again to sort descending (Z-A).
Use the Occupant Data to find a list of occupants that match certain search criteria. Here are some examples of what you might look for on the Occupants page:
- All occupants of a specific street address.
- All occupants with "coney” in the occupant name. This would find all the Coney Island restaurants in the database.
- All occupants that have hazardous materials.
Use the Structure Data to find a list of buildings/structures that match certain search criteria. Here are some examples of what you might look for on the Structures tab:
- All structures at a specific address.
- All structures that share the same complex name. For example, all apartment buildings across the city that have the name "Amber Apartments”.
- The Engineering Building on the State University campus. The structure name search looks at the structure name field, among others, and will find all structures with the word "engineering” in the structure name.
- All buildings that are taller than 5 stories.
- All buildings larger than 10,000 sq. ft.
Use the Location Data to find a list of street addresses that match certain search criteria. Here are some examples of what you might look for on the Location tab:
- All addresses on Main St.
- All addresses with "999” in the address field.
- All addresses that are in zip code 48084.
- All properties that are owned by Allied Property Management LLC.
