- Go to the Occupant Data page.
- Use the filters to find the list of occupants you want to export.
- Click the Excel button in the bottom right corner to export the list. If you want the occupant contacts along with the rest of the occupant data, click Excel w/ Contacts. Excel w/ Contacts will create a row in Excel for each contact. If there are multiple contacts for an occupant, you will see multiple rows of that location/occupant.
Note: If you get the following message from Excel when opening the file, simply click Yes to continue.
"The file formation and extension of 'OccupantsNoContacts.xls' don't match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don't open it. Do you want to open it anyway?"
This message pops up because the file that is downloaded is actually a .csv file that opens in Excel.
