Can I use the Inspector App with an Apple or Android Device?

The Fire Prevention Mobile (MobileEyes) field software is an installed application that runs on a Windows Operating System.  So, it will not run as a native application on iOS (iPhone/iPad) or Android.  If you would like to conduct inspections without worrying about having a Web connection during the inspection, you should stick to a Windows tablet like the Microsoft Surface Pro.

Most inspection functionality is available also on the Web.  Inspections CAN be conducted with iOS (iPhones and iPads) or Android devices, but they must maintain a web connection throughout the inspection process since they will be using Web pages to complete the inspection.
